Project Scope & Details
Back deck 12x12 needs staining/sealing. May need pressure washing. New three years ago. Elevated approx 10 feet - posts likely need sealing too. Additionally front deck - full width of house with 3 steps. Approximately 20 x 4 feet. New 2 years ago. Both are red cedar.
